Man, I haven't seen Josie And The Pussycats in forever! I need to rent it and watch it again.
I'll admit that I loved Sailor Moon, Backstreet Boys, N*Sync, and B. Spears. I don't like most of it now except for the Backstreet Boys. I love them. Always will.
My sister's little 'burn' was undoubtedly an uncalled for and coarse 'joke', one that should have been commented on and not left in the open like it was okay to say.
That's definitely not okay. Did your mom hear her say that? Cuz if I said anything like that, my mom would flip the fuck out for the vulgarity of it.
Josie and the Pussycats is utterly amazing. I love it.
Hmm, I still love Sailor Moon. I always will, like your love for Backstreet Boys. Sailor Moon was such a huge part of my childhood, I'll always adore it, as cheesy and stupid as it was. ^_^
Yes, she heard her. She was either too tired or didn't care... or thought I could handle it, which is a very real possibility. Which, of course, I did. I don't care that my bitch of a sister said that, I only mind that my mom said nothing about it. She's all too flippant about my sexual orientation, as sterile as that sounds...
She wants me to be with a man because she doesn't believe that I like woman. She thinks it's a phase, or a result of my addiction to 'slash.' Like, since I love gay people, I must be one of them. And that isn't the case at all. *sigh* I suppose I have to live with her doubt. She is my mother and all, and she does love me. She just won't ever fully accept who I am, which I'm fine with. I never expected to have a great relationship with any of my family members anyways
( ... )
Lol, yeah that makes sense. That's dumb though, that she wants you to be with a man just because she thinks it's a phase. You can't help who you're attracted to. Good golly, Miss Molly. Well, at least she didn't kick you out or kick your ass. (She didn't, did she?)
Well, at least she didn't kick you out or kick your ass. (She didn't, did she?) <-- She came really close a couple times, but not just because I like girls, so, no, not really. It's one thing I have to be thankful for, ^_^
