Done As Well
I have a couple things to say.
1. Kring: Canon is Canon because it is not Fanfiction. Please learn the distinction. And until you do, I'm not watching Heroes any more.
2. I'm done writing for the Heroes fandom for now. I may continue I Will Possess Your Heart, but probably not anytime too soon. I do want to finish it, so I'll probably keep trying (someday...) This is for a couple reasons. For one, Heroes has shattered my heart. S1 & S2 are my canon and were some of the best times of my life, but I just cannot ignore the shit that is S3. My favorite characters have either been killed or murdered by bad characterization and I just can't handle it.
Two, ladywilde80 is on hiatus and she's one of my greatest supporters, my beta, a good chunk of my Heroes muse, one of my best fandom friends as well as a true real life friend; I can't do it without her. I know it's selfish but.. this has been a long time coming for me since the beginning of Season 3 anyways, and her hiatus was just the last straw for me.
I'm still going to post, rant, try to enjoy fandom, but as for myself writing fics, I just don't think my heart is in it any longer. I'm pathetic and weak that S3 has killed my muse, I'm fully aware of that fact, so I'm glad for the great many of you who are still impelled to write.
