I have watched many movies in the past few months after gaining the wonder that is Blockbuster, but I have not squee'd as much as I did during the ending of
"A Dangerous Man". It is a sort of sequel to Lawrence of Arabia, another must see, as I ranted about before.
This movie was made for television and explains the aftermath of Arabia for T.E. Lawrence, as accurately as a movie can. Lawrence is played by Ralph Fiennes who gives so much depth to the character with just his eyes (Heck, I fell in love with him during Schindler's List, there's got to be something wrong with me...) and Alexander Siddig (Who is actually related to Malcolm McDowell, interesting, huh?) as Feisal.
It is incredibly slashy and spoke volumes for the man that was Lawrence. It even had plenty of scenes concentrating on the mans supposed homosexuality as well as his asexuality. It was such a thrill to watch, though very political, which I actually enjoy. If you have not seen it, I recommend doing so, even if it is a bit sad (Though it sort of ends on a high note...) But history can be oh so depressing...
I want it for my birthday so bad, XD.
