I have been working on my 101. I had to get rid of the high fructose corn syrup one, after reading the catsup and bread labels. Apparently EVERYTHING is loaded with the shit. It is evil, but necessary, i suppose. Italics I am working on, Striked are done/changed

Just about every organic ketchup has no HFCS. Many, many breads too.
