About a week ago my game-pc decided to commit suicide. Even after replacing all components except mobo the thing still kept dead..
So I decided to get me a new system, gf went browsing to put a neat but not to expensive system together (I was still messing around with my suicidal system) and ordered it from a shop that had all stuff on supply.
Last time I'll ever order from them again, I don't mind waiting a bit till they deliver but they don't even mail if something went wrong. They just wait till you contact them..
Previous webshops kept me up to date on how the order was going, and if there was a problem they'd suggest a similar component or better one for the same price I ordered it.
Not this shop... I wrote a mail and got a rather unfriendly mail back stating roughly "it's done when it's done". Replied with that that wouldn't look good on their review on GoT (leading dutch site with shopreviews) and oh surprise, immediately got a reply that they were missing a component and would sent it the next day. that next day was past friday... if they don't deliver soon (tuesday/wednesday) i'm gonna drop them from reliable to unreliable :(
I just want to get a good gaming rig together again..play ffxi, rfo and oblivion like i'm used to.
