Soooo tired
Just a really quick update, yet again.. I know, I suck. But I'm exhausted.
We went to Pride Parade last night.. It was freaking AMAZING to be around that many gay people. It was so nice. Some quick excerpts:
- Screaming at the top of my lungs "YOU GUYS FREAKIN' RULE!" at the PFLAG float.
- Leather daddies with gauged out ears and black kilts hugging each other.
- Drunk guys walking up to us and touching Kate's boobs and asking us where they can go to buy more beer.
- Accidentally outing Napoleon Bonaparte from Key Club ^_^. Spikey nipples.
- Two sweet old gay men huddling under a big huge rainbow umbrella and kissing for the crowd. Awwww!
- Drunk Asian guys stealing my beads.
- Cars shaped like huge stars and flowers.
All in all, I'm extremely glad I went. I finally saw a friend of mine's girlfriend.. Damn is she ugly! And psycho to boot.. I hugged my friend when I saw her, and her girlfriend gave me a go-to-hell look. As if I'm a threat! Oh well, her tits looked saggy in her top. ^_^ But other than that, it was just this beautiful feeling of love and unity in the air. Even the breeders were supporting us.
So Happy Gay Pride to everyone!
My new job is going awesome.. I really like it. Real estate's never a field I saw myself having anything to do with, but now that I'm in it, it's pretty cool. And once I get to my office instead of subbing (I'm filling in at our other office this week cuz their receptionist is going on vacation) I will have more responsibilities and less phone time, which I like. I don't MIND phones, but I prefer doing data entry stuff. And I'm going to in charge of the entire property inventory list. That's the thing that makes me go to work every day- knowing that if I'm not there, I'll be missed. I like being needed. *grin*
So, everything's going really great as of this moment.. I'm working now, Ronnie's still working, the car is legal.. *crosses fingers and knocks repeatedly on wood*
Anyhow, I think I'm gonna go.. I need to get my clothes ready for work tomorrow. Ta, my darlings.. hope everything's going good with everyone!
