It was very exciting watching things move. I saw a bunch of bees swarming around a brick wall. I thought they were cockroaches buzzing and flying around, but no. They were bees. Too bad I have so many cavities or else I would've tried to steal some honey from them.
My next few days out of my house would be the UCI student-parent-orientation-program, minus the parent, on Thurs, Fri, and Sat. I'm prepared to expect the worst, since that would make the three days seem many times funner than it already probably will be. Pessimism can be very helpful sometimes. It certainly helped me when I found out my SAT scores (which was waaaaaaay higher than 200), when I got my teeth checked last week (9 cavity-free teeth. Not bad.), and when I found out my IB scores one month from now. I still don't know my scores, but I'll be happy if I did better than something worse than the worst that anyone can do in IB. Too much pessimism isn't too good though... but of course, too much of anything is bad.
