I checked out the first half-dozen Gossip Girl episodes almost a year ago, didn’t really click with it, and kind of drifted away. But I’m enjoying it a lot more this time around. Well, I never read the books, I just know what I've read about them online (mostly because I wanted to see how far off the game the show was with books, especially with the GG reveal, which never happens), so anyone is free to correct me with my information. But apparently from what I've learned there was quite a bit of undertones and had some kissing in the books, and by the last book it's just basically them living together and then taking off on vacation with each other. There was also a parody slasher book made specifically of both Serena and Blair being serial killers together. So, yeah. ;)
