You mean I can skip season 6? I've been stuck in the middle of season 6 because I just didn't care. So glad to hear I can just move on and get to the season where my Jo shows up for an episode. (If I wasn't on my phone I'd totally be using my Jo icon right now.)
SO DUMB THOUGH. I feel like this show has no confidence in how good it is? It comes right up against some really beautiful storytelling and then breaks out the SLEDGEHAMMER and knocks me right out of whatever moment.
For me one of the most interesting parts of Swan Song is that I honestly believe that Lucifer is completely honest when he offers to basically call of the whole Apocalypse thing, if Michael will. He's done hideous things, but he's willing to not destroy the world in order to not destroy his brother. And Michael is all, too bad, don't care, I'm doing what Dad wants

LOL YES. This God is the pits! Idk if it was supposed to be hubris or what, but I for one cheered SO HARD for Cas in 7x1 when he started saying he was better than his father. ABOUT TIME SOMEONE CALLED THAT JERK OUT.
I really hope you don't get tired of my ramblings (though NO ONE would blame you if you did) before you get to the 30 days of SPN posts I did over the summer, because OMG, you have no idea how much you're preaching to the choir today.
Specifically, though, I'm so with you on Lucifer and Michael. Lucifer might've been a royal pain in the ass, but Michael was the one who WANTED to kill his brother and would burn down the earth just to find a rationalization to do it.

While I totally sympathize with your decision to skip 5x09, it does have a gay couple who aren't demons.

There's also Corbett in 3x13, but he dies, so.
