I already loved Snape before the first movie, but after picturing him as played by Alan Rickman, I loved him even more. And never ever thought he was evil.

I don't actually care about Tonks OR Sirius OR Remus.

Alan Rickman got me so much more invested in Snape than I was. excellent casting choice there.

Alan Rickman was an awesome casting choice, but his makeup in Deathly Hallows 2 was pretty terrible.
