I'm a liberal feminist. It's the most accurate label for me. I have an enormous amount of respect for the second wave. I have respect for the third wave. I have respect for feminist ideals (even the rad fem ideals that I disagree with). I couldn't give less of a shit as to the age of the person mouthing them.

Exactly. And if it's not okay for middle-aged professional women to make those generalizations about us...it's not okay for us to do it about them, either. That just gets in the way of useful conversation.
