hocrap, 1 year!
I can't believe i almost forgot about it!
Much more important than the new year's year-in-review, today's my writing anniversary!
one year ago today, i rather timidly proffered my first fanfic up for other people to read.
that would be the first part of what was later to be dubbed Engine Troubles
it was followed, very slowly, by parts 2-4 and my first illustrated story, Teh Pudding Fic. (which is awaiting a sequel, by the way.)
And of course, somewhere along the way I managed to pick up mistr3ssquickly as a mentor of sorts, and she infected me with her love of the Alphonse Elric/ Danny Broche pairing. some rather..interesting conversation and a growing fascination with AU's later, i produced the first of the stripperverse series.
I think the fic i'm most proud of is the illustrated fairytale crack Russ/Ed & Winry/Fletcher piece, Princess and the Pea Farmer.
Not to mention the things i wrote for Nano and for Me and kitiarou's RP pair, Alaric and Jescobe.
I met mistr3ssquickly and sailormac when i went to ohayocon this year, and i hope to meet/ talk to more people this year.
remember, the more people talk to me, the more likely i am to write! you wouldn't believe the number of half-finished fics i have laying around, in fandoms other than merely FMA.
