Today was pretty nice. Pretty chill. I met up with speccygeekgrrl and furryhatsrock and we did some city things. Peanut butter and Washington Square Park and street fair and dinner and other stuff. Like I said, it was pretty chill, partially because it was a laid back experience and partially because I didn't bring a scarf and was wearing a v-neck shirt with a v-neck jacket.

Annnnnyway, here I am! Back in my apartment! Eating rainbow sherbert straight from the carton and watching crime procedural shows (right now it's SVU, but I don't want to be specific because I'm sure it will change at least twice before the night is through).
Apparently yesterday was "Beta Reader Appreciation Day" or some such, according to two people on my f-list. So, quackerscooper? scrollgirl? You guys are pretty awesome. Thank you for telling me where to put commas and whether or not Sam is in character. If I had any money (hi bank account! you are empty thanks to a screw up at the paying-my-salary-place), I would buy you both a cookie. After, you know, flying to your respective locations.
Man, the episode of SVU that's on is the one with the crazy fake!racist lady. Oh, Munch. You were shot in the ass.
Someone posted This on the studio_60 community. It basically mocks Aaron Sorkin and it's hilarious. And I swear, I would totally watch the first example, if it were a real show. (Oh, who are we kidding? I would watch crappy anime if Aaron Sorkin wrote it. I'd watch it doubly if Josh Malina starred in it.)
