In case you haven't noticed, I'm pretty much back in the LJ fold. I'll be home tomorrow afternoon, and I've been actively reading my f-list again, as of... earlier this afternoon when I posted that insanity about JOHN HODGMAN AND NEIL GAIMAN HOW DOES THAT EVEN HAPPEN?!
Ahem.
So tomorrow I'm home! I'm so excited! Then, Wednesday, I'm going to see The Colbert Report with Boy Child and the 'rents. It should be cool--I don't think any of them have been to a taping yet, despite my best efforts to get Brendan there about 3948923048902348920 times. I'm also thinking of suggesting we see Little Miss Sunshine, because apparently it's the type of movie a family such as mine (read: sassy, obnoxious, ridiculous) would enjoy as a unit.
I am missing soooo many people right now. It's amazing. Some of them I'm not even going to see when I get home, too, which sucks. (Goddamn you, Moore, why the hell are you in the middle of the Pacific?!) I am, however, going to be back at Purchase on Thursday and Friday to do some Independent-y things and then, you know, school starts on Monday. WTF? Where did my summer go?

The NY division of the ACLU
Greenwich, CT Historical Society
One of these things is not like the other...
We'll see what happens. I'm really hoping for the ACLU one because it's paid (and I am broke), but the Planned Parenthood one would be nice, too. Anything that will help me get a job in May.
Hm. Colbert is just about over, so I suppose I should go. I will see some of you soon, some of you sooner, and I will be a much stronger presence on LJ from now on. (Aren't you excited about the 329809238490324 entries about how tired I am from working on the paper for all hours? I know I am!)
ALSO. You should all comment and tell me what you've been up to all summer! Seriously! All of you need to do it! Because I want to know how everyone is! I've missed you guys!
