"How lovely to see you both again," he says, peeling off his hat and shaking out his hair. "And under much better circumstances this time!"
"Nice to see you too," Armando says, offering Charles his hand. Charles shakes, grinning cheerfully. "I've been told I have you to thank for Alex getting his shit together and making a move."
Charles looks over the fucking moon at that, clasping his hands together and beaming at them.
"I did hope he would take my advice to heart," Charles says as Lehnsherr joins them, looking much less enthusiastic about it.
"This wouldn't have happened if we stayed home like I wanted," Lehnsherr mutters. "But no, you insisted upon a burrito."
"Shush," Charles says, laying a hand on Lehnsherr's wrist absently.
"And not even a real buritto. We could have gone somewhere else

Grumpy Erik being an ass to Alex, but being putty in Charles' hands is perfect. Who can resist the full force of those blue eyes? I imagine that Charles knows exactly how to use the Power of Cuteness (TM) to get his way. ^_~
