Hello, internet. I have the plague :(
Well, I have a sinus infection, BUT STILL. I'm coughing a lot and my head hurts. It's gross. There is so much snot in me. Ugh :(
But! No one wants to hear about my gross illness, so we'll move on.

Con is SO CLOSE, GUYS. I still have a million things to do D: Including all the laundry D: D: D: Our dryer is broken, so I'm going to have to make an emergency trip to brilligspoons' house to do laundry before con, which is just one more thing on the list of things that need to get done.
I'm trying not to be stressed about con this year? Because I'm stressed and miserable about everything else and I really want this to be a reprieve. Part of it is just that I'm a stressed, miserable person right now, but yes. I want to have fun at con and not stress out over things and worry about if I'm spending enough time with everyone and if people don't like me and all of that stuff. WE'LL SEE HOW IT GOES.

My boss just came in and told me my annual review is today. :( :( :( :( :(
I guess at least I didn't know in advance so I couldn't stress out about it last night? :( :( :(

Overall, though, I have to say that my fannish outlook is really a lot better now that I'm not on tumblr anymore. I've not gone off in a rage about somethign stupid in WEEKS. It's sad that more and more fannish stuff seems to be moving there, and I really miss McAvoy's face, but the trade-off is that I'm not, you know, tearing my hair out and feeling constantly hurt and angry by things people say unthinkingly. So, it's a win, overall, I think.
I might set up an RSS feed just of McAvoy tumblrs, though. His face :( :( :(
