stupid economy
So, in addition to not being paid for the job title that I now (supposedly) hold, here's another reason why I hate the economy: they won't give me additional coverage during the day. Which meant that I was alone all day and had to leave before my closer even showed up. I HAVE BEEN NERVOUS ABOUT THIS SINCE I LEFT. I'm pretty neurotic and this job occasionally makes it worse.

Let's talk about Kings, internet! A couple people told me I should watch it, so I did and... oh man. This is totally my kind of show. I am in love. So, I'm sorry to say that my love for this show is its death sentence. It will be canceled in the next couple of weeks. Sorry.
But, without going to into spoilers, I thought the pilot was very cinematic and visually lovely. I love all the characters, and more importantly, I'm intrigued by them. And I absolutely adore Michelle Benjamin, which I'm sure will become an unpopular opinion once the slash fans sink their claws into the show.
(I mean, I can see the Jack/David and I understand the logic behind it, and will probably even be a fan once the characters have more interaction, but I'm going to be sad when it means people are hating on the ladies.)
Anyway. I'm sold so far.
