The female character love is rampant and very happy-making. Too bad there had to be all the crap in SPN fandom beforehand. *sigh* I love my Winchester boys but the writers really do need to shape up.
What stories have you read for WAT?? You NEED to read A Long Time Coming by aesc. It's a multi-chaptered AU/futurefic -- plotty, angsty, heart-wrenching, and so, so awesome. And it has many sequels that are just as awesome. One of my absolute favourite WAT fics ever.
Also Two Step by leopardchic79/rlt79, which is Danny/Martin established relationship. Danny takes Martin on vacation in Florida, but the past comes back to haunt him. It's all about Danny struggling to let Martin in, and -- okay, you might think it's overly angsty, I don't know what you consider OTT. But let me just tell you that I CRIED LIKE A BABY. Like an itty bitty baby.
