"I don't know you," He said, voice unsteady with confusion and the headache that just won't go away. He looks at the man in front of him - dark hair that's all over the place, a drawl that's familiar like plastic under his fingers and yet so incredibly foreign, like air against his face, and eyes that are concerned and welcoming and afraid. "I don't know you." He says it again, like it'll help, and then in a breath goes, "I'm Dr. Rodney McKay and I'm highly valuable and if you do anything to harm me, there will be angry people looking and you will be in so much trouble that there probably isn't a safe place in any galaxy to hide

I like this. I'd like to see more, like what happened to Rodney to get him in an alternate reality.
