Thinking is for lame-os, guys. For those of you interested in fic, the answers to interview memes, and stuff like that, stay tuned to the next post. For those of you who like to hear me talk about chipmunks and hair and how lame the weather is, read this one!

OKAY, SO. You know who else (besides Jerry Orbach and baby!David Hewlett) was in that movie last night?
CHIP ZIEN. Not even kidding! And I just read this profile like, two days ago. I thought he looked familiar, but it wasn't until I looked him up afterwards that I made the connection. Still, now I want to watch it again with this knowledge. I'm sure it would be even awesomer, if that was possible.
I'll also update you on some of the best parts of the movie:
- David Hewlett running, frantic, through the hallways and plastering himself against a window shouting, "PLAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGUE! IT'S THE PLAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGUE!"
- LOOTING AND RIOTS. Looting makes everything better. For reals.
- The hilarious comparisons with AIDS. They dated the movie SO MUCH.
- Everyone's hair except Jerry Orbach's, because he looked exactly the same as he did in L&O.
- The entire climax of the movie, in which the senator abandons his mistress at a hospital to die, and then, WHILE HALLUCINATING gets on a train and then, for some completely inexplicable reason, goes crazy.
Don't you wish you watched that movie with me?

The chipmunks outside are being pretty awesome today. They're climbing on things and leaning over the side of the pool and chilling on the hot tub cover. They're good people, those chipmunks.

There were ridiculous storms here last night and the humidity STILL hasn't broken. I like the heat, though, because hopefully that means the pool will heat up again after all the rain. Of course the SUN would make that happen ever faster, but we haven't seen that fucker all day.

I have decided that another reason the internet exists is to get hair advice from strangers on LJ. I'm excited, though, because my hair is RIDICULOUS and I'm tired of dealing with it.

I'm going to finish today's productivity now, and send some e-mails, and do those interviews, and generally... get things done. Maybe.
