my life is boring.
So, today I went to a graduation party and took a nap. The nap involved a very disquieting dream WITH CREEPY BUGS. I hate bad dreams :(
Anyway, here's another story about Brendan.
A few days ago my mom told a story about how a teacher friend of hers had her kids write to Bill Evans (NYC weatherman) and, after her kids' letters fell through the cracks, ended up talking to Bill Evans on the phone for like, an hour or something.
Anyway, Brendan interuptted my mother constantly to provide delightful commentary, ending with this:
Bren: If I were a weather man, I would make my on air name The Lord of Living Lightning.
We all found that to be highly entertaining, and as we laughed riotously, he kept saying things like, "What? What? It would be awesome."
He brought it up again, the next day, when he was "playing" Jeopardy and beat "the nerd," Jared.
Bren: I rule!
Mom: Yeah, we all know, The Lord of the Living Lightning.
Kait and Dad: ::crack up::
Bren: It's just "The Lord of Living Lightning." No second "the." And why do you all think it's so funny? I think it's awesome.

As I was writing this, my dad came in. My parents drink Poland Spring water by the gallon (literally) and love the sport bottles. Recently, though, they changed the top of the sports bottles from a pop-up-pop-closed top to this weird sort of thing with a cap instead. My parents are very disturbed by this.
Dad: Look what I have! ::holds out water bottle with old top on it::
Mom: Where did you get that?!
Dad: I found it! ::takes a long drink.::
Mom: O_o
Dad: I pulled it out of the trash at school.
Mom: O_o
Dad: I washed it first!

I'm re-watching TWW Season four because Steven is in the middle of it and keeps calling and e-mailing me to tell me how much he loves it. It's making me miss it kind of a lot. Oh, TWW. Oh, Aaron.
I also want to re-watch all of Sports Night. I just re-watched S1 over spring break, but, you know... that was a few months ago, now. Pretty much, I just need to have a Sorkin-a-thon, but the only person I know IRL who would be up for that is currently in Texas. ::shakes fist at Texas::
Anyway, I'm going to make more postcards now. One I made before had a bear on it!
