For the first time~

Yamamoto's only been in love once.
Yamamoto was sixteen and curious when he fell in love with Yara.
When Yamamoto saw Yara for the first time, he was immediately taken with the man’s presence. His aura, the way he carried himself, the smile that crinkled his eyes, and the easy laughter, it all drew Yamamoto in. Yara was the perfect example of everything Yamamoto had never known he wanted to be.
It wasn’t really love at first sight, not at all.
It wasn’t until years later, when Yamamoto peeked into the practice hall that MA has been using to find Yara there, rehearsing. He doesn’t remember what show it was for anymore, but the image of fiery passion is forever burned in his memory and engraved on his heart. He fell in love with Yara right then and he never fell out of love after that.
“Why?” Yara asked him later, years later, when he took Yamamoto out for a drive. Night had fallen, giving them a spectacular view of the Tokyo night fever, just far enough at a distance to be appreciated.
Yamamoto nosed into Yara’s shoulder for a moment, closing his eyes and smiling contentedly while the lights danced over his eyelids. “You are the only one I have ever loved,” he said, unashamed. “There was a moment when I saw you and I couldn’t forget it. And I didn’t want to forget it, Tomoyuki. Just that one moment, remembering it, living it… I felt so alive.”
It wasn’t really an explanation, and Yara would tease him for it, but after he was done poking and pinching at Yamamoto’s cheeks, Yara would draw him in, pressing their lips together in a kiss.
And Yamamoto would always lean in, relive his first love, and fall in love all over again.
