This is great on so many levels. I love reading AUs and this one is really interesting. It is dark, but not too dark for my taste since there is a slighty humorous undertone. Especially when Kitayama is present. He just rocks it. He is another reason why I really like this fic. He is cocky, a strong leader and doesn't take shit. I really love it when he is like that. It's hot. They should allow him to be more sexy nowadays. He can pull it off.
I am glad he blew that damn lab and Fujigaya was saved. The small episodes of Fujigaya's thought kept up the suspense and I admit my imagination was running wild as I imagined what they were doing to him (and all that just as experiment *grrrr*!). I am just glad he was saved and that he is in good hands now. Kisumai is a great team and I loved how you protrayed their team dynamics. It is always a feat to not make characters seem ooc in AUs, but you did a great job. Nika is an explosive person XD
Takki is always great and I just imagine him drinking coffee in a designer suit and looking all dandy while being absolutely awesome <3
I hope Fujigaya recovers from that nightmare.
