So, eldarwannabe and I were throwing this idea around a few months ago, and now I am GAUGING INTEREST.
eta: FOR THE RECORD: By "gen" I mean "the focus is NOT on a romance." The story can, of course, contain mentions of canon pairings and such, but it shouldn't be the main point. For instance, a fic about Jack and Ianto falling in love? Nope. A fic about Jack and Ianto fighting a horde of aliens and being snarky? Okay! A fic about Rhys proposing? Nope. A story about Gwen and Ianto going bowling with Rhys? Okay! A story about Tosh pining for Owen? Nope. A story about Owen teaching Tosh how to suture? Okay!

Option One: There is a post where everyone comments with whatever prompts they can think of. All of those prompts are assembled into one big prompt post that people can claim from.
Option Two: An exchange. Everyone comments with their info and 2-4 prompts. They are matched with other participants to fill requests.
Option Three: Everyone writes whatever the frig they want.
