Summary: Takaki has never forgotten what Daiki said to him 2 years ago and decided to stupidly hurt him back.
The day came, for Daiki to give Takaki the chocolates and of course, to confess. Yesterday, he had already wrapped the chocolates up nicely, in a plain light blue wrapping paper. This morning, he carefully placed it in his bag and happily went out of his house.
As usual, Takaki is there waiting so they could go to school together.
“Morning Dai-chan! Why are you that happy? Is it because you missed me going to school together with you? Haha!” Daiki whacked the brunette’s head hard but still blushed a little at that statement though.
“Can’t I be happy? Let’s go, we’ll be late if you continue asking stupid questions.”
“Fine~” Takaki rubbed the spot on his head that was whacked and pouted, walking on to school with the penguin.

Soon, it was going to be the free period for the students. And now, Daiki is almost breaking out in cold sweat due to nervousness.
“Thank you class.” The teacher made his way out and it’s finally the free period.
“I have to give this to Takaki now.” Daiki stood up and made his way to Takaki’s class.
Halfway walking in the hall, he bumped into Kei.
“Oh, Dai-chan! Going to Takaki’s class now? Hehe, goodluck!” Kei ruffled his friend’s hair. Daiki blushed.
Getting closer to Takaki class, Daiki thought to himself, It’ll be okay right?
Smiling to himself, he slowly walked up to the back door, and opened it.
He looked in, trying to find Takaki but what he saw when he found him was, Takaki hugging another girl and enjoying himself with her.
Tears welled up in Daiki’s eyes, he clutched the box of chocolates hard and threw it on the floor.
He closed the door, and ran, who cares where he’s running to anymore, he just wanted to get out of that scene. He ran past Kei, who was shocked to see a crying Daiki. And he ran after him.
“So are you happy now? He left already. I don’t get why you’re doing this.” The girl was actually Takaki’s cousin, attending the same school with him. He had asked her to act it out.
“I just wanted to show him how I felt that time, that pain of mine.”
“But you love him don’t you? If you love him then why are you still caring about what he did to you in the past? Get over with the past Yuya, grow up. Doesn’t it hurt you to see him crying like that just now? Aren’t you happy when you’re with him?”
“But-”
“Do you like seeing him cry?”
“No..”
“But you just did it.”
That sentence somehow struck Takaki, he didn’t like seeing crying Daiki, he loved the cute, innocent, smiling Daiki like he was in the morning.
At the door, he picked up the box of chocolates. “It’s Daiki’s..”
Takaki ran out of his classroom, to find Daiki. After all this time, he had been so stupid. His cousin was right, why did he have to hurt the guy the loved? Why did he? But now, finding Daiki was more important, he didn’t want to risk losing him. He finally met him after so long, still loved him after so long, losing him would be a mistake that’s cannot be corrected.
After searching everywhere around the school, he finally found Daiki with Kei consoling him in an empty room.
“Daiki!”
“Why are you here? Can’t you see that he’s hurt so badly? Did you know he wanted to-”
“No. Kei. Can I talk to him myself?” Daiki stopped Kei, and he looked up to Takaki. Kei stood up and walked out of the room to give them some privacy.
“What are you doing here? To come and tell me that you are attached to that girl?”
“No.. I’m here because..”
“Of what? Because you’re sorry that you like that girl more than you like me?” Tears start to flow down again.
“No..”
“Then what? Because you’re here to see how pathetic I am and-”
“KEEP QUIET ARIOKA DAIKI! I KNOW I’VE HURT YOU AND I CAN’T COMPENSATE FOR THAT BUT I’M HERE TO TELL YOU THAT I’M SORRY! THAT GIRL JUST NOW WAS MY COUSIN. I DON’T KNOW WHY I DECIDED TO HURT YOU BUT I LOVE YOU! I’VE ALWAYS LOVED YOU!” Takaki shouted and squatted down beside Daiki, pulling him into a hug.
“...” Daiki was stunned by the loudness and what Takaki said. “You.. what?”
“I Love You. Since forever.” Takaki tighten the embrace. Daiki was so happy to hear that that tears came flowing again, but this time, it was tears of happiness.
“I’m really sorry for what I did, I was so stupid. Forgive me.” Takaki cupped Daiki’s cheeks and used his thumbs to stroke the chubby cheeks, cleaning away the tears. Daiki nodded and smiled back.
“Wait, but how did you know I liked you?” Daiki asked. “I never said that.”
“Well, your chocolate apparently told me. Some penguin wrote “I Love You” on the piece of chocolates.” Takaki pinched Daiki’s cheeks.
“Not fair! And would you stop harassing my cheeks!” Daiki pouted.
“Why can’t I? I love your cheeks~ Look, they’re so squishy!” Takaki starts rubbing the latter’s cheeks with his palms. Daiki looked away irritated but Takaki cupped his cheeks again and this time giving the penguin a soft, sweet kiss on his lips.
“From now on, you are Takaki Yuya’s property! My one and only Dai-chan!”
This made Daiki blush like mad and hid his face on the brunette’s chest. Takaki can’t help but to laugh at his boyfriend.
They went out of the room, holding hands, and saw Kei outside who was shocked by the scene.
“Anyone mind telling me what happened?” Kei pointed to the couple’s hands.
Takaki and Daiki could only giggle and laugh at Kei’s shocked face.
“We’re together now.” Takaki hugged the short one.
“I see, wait, WHAT? That’s so fast what did you guys do in there?!” Kei almost fainted.
“I don’t know, i only know I became Takaki Yuya’s property. That’s all. Haha! Just kidding Kei, I’ll tell you sometime later! Okay?” And the couple started to get lovey dovey in front of Kei.
“I’m gonna go find Kou-chan, I think they won’t even notice me if i’m gone. Oh well. It’s good it ended up this way.” Kei talked to himself.
“By the way Takaki Yuya, if you ever ever make Dai-chan sad again, I won’t hold back to kill you!” Kei said before walking away.
“I won’t repeat my mistake!” Takaki shouted back. “I love you too much to do that.” He turned to Daiki and kissed him on the forehead before pulling him into an embrace. “I love you too Yuuyan.”
A/N: Okay, sorry for the ultra late update but this is the last~ Yeah. I seriously have no idea on what I’m writing. The middle part is screwed, all because I can’t handle Tadaiki being angsty.
