Happy Break
After class I took the ttc to meet Sheena for lunch at Scarborough Town Center (I love my metropass). I was a little early so I went to Wal-Mart to pick up some more neon gummy worms and bags curry-flavoured and wasabi-flavoured Lays. I've never tried them before so I thought I'd pick them up while I was close to a store.
Then I went to the food court and couldn't decide on what to get, as usual. I did a sort of tournament-style elimination to see what I wanted and ended up going with Arby's. I was really looking forward to their curly fries. So much, in fact, that I changed the order to large because I wanted to share.
Waited for her to finish talking with a customer while I played on the DS. I'm never bored anymore because of it. Anyways, we went to go eat and I gave her the birthday card I was working on. She seemed really amused by it so I was really happy about that. I don't want to describe it because it doesn't seem as awesome as it sounds.
Talked about new years, fireworks, Ajisen Ramen and other random things. Successfully tested the wireless download capabilities of my DS. Sent Advance Wars: Dual Strike to her DS and we played a quick round of the "combat" versus mode before she had to get back to work. Amanda was off at a training thing so I didn't get to see her.
I got an extra big hug and lots of smiles. I couldn't have asked for more.
...Also got another box of Popeye's Candy Sticks from Bulk Barn before I left.
