I'm serious! There are spoilers coming!
Last warning!
Okay. First off. I had predicted a Dumbledore death (and, I am sure, a resurrection of some sort--the man's Patronus is a phoenix, his body went up in flames..yeah), so that wasn't too shocking. The method was, but...despite horrendous evidence to the contrary, I don't think we can write Snape off as evil just yet. He was indeed protecting Draco, and Dumbledore's "pleading", with full knowledge of the situation, could very well have been another protection of Draco--who at least Dumbledore still sees as completely redeemable.
The cave? Creepy shit. I've now left off wondering whether the movies will eventually hit PG-13 and am now wondering if they might not end up as an R by this point...
Why did Dumbledore want Snape to leave? He knew he'd be gone at the end of the year, with new concrete knowledge of the DADA curse...
Harry/Ginny APPROVED. Bill/Fleur APPROVED. Ron/Hermione APPROVED. Remus/Tonks grudgingly APPROVED, as it is far from ship-sinking (she flipped out when Harry metioned Sirius--wondering if it wasn't something that happened when Sirius died, her falling for him, as she didn't seem the least bit lovesick in OotP). Altogether too much hooking up in general really.
Overall, very good. Possibly the best yet, though I will have to let it age in m mind before deciding conclusively.
More spoilery space...
Okay. Where have I been? Without a computer, that's where--mine died and I was not fond of the idea of flinging LJ passwords around my mom's computer. I now possess a shiny new pretty little Mac Mini which loves me and has Aziraphale and Crowley on the desktop and a working sound card and I love it too.
And that's about it. :D
