So, after much persuasion from some friends to check this drama out,
I finally did.
And it was much better than what I expected o(^_______^)o
Initially, I didn't really want to watch did drama
for reasons being listed as such:
1) This was a Johnnys Jrs. x AKB drama
If you know me, then you'll know I'm not such a huge fan of the 48family
I can name some of them, sure.
I know how their system works, yes.
But I'm not a fan.
2) This was an Akimoto-produced drama
Now being a drama produced by the same producer as the 48family,
I had expected a lot of irrelevant screentime for the 48girls.
And as goes point no. 1, I have no such interest in that.
3) The Johnny's in this drama are all Jrs.
Now don't get me wrong.
I have nothing against the juniors.
It's just, after Ya-Ya-Yah, B.I. Shadow, and all,
I figured getting into Jrs. isn't such an awesome idea.
Because it'll be heartbreaking if the unit actually breaks up o(;_____;)o
Not mentioning 80% of them are younger than me!
But then due to numerous persuasions from various people,
I decided to give this drama a try.
Since I'm having my holidays, anyway.
God, I wanted to skip the AKBgirls part during the first few episodes
because, no, I don't think even rich girls act all prim like they did.
But the guys were cool enough.
And unexpectedly, up to six of them are considered main,
as compared to two/three AKBgirls.

plus, the fighting scenes were up to the standard
of any other yankee dramas I've watched
CrowsZERO doesn't count
And despite it being the first acting/drama work for some of the boys,
they all seemed comfortable,
not really, really, really awkward.
Which earned them plus points from me.

After watching the whole drama,
I ended up liking the character Asada Tetsuya
the 馬鹿田高校 Number Two.
acted by Matsumura Hokuto
And then I came across Bakaleya6's performance of the theme song,
「Ｓｈａｋｅ Ｉｔ Ｕｐ］by Kis-My-Ft2
And it was amazing how,
despite Morimoto Shintaro and Matsumura Hokuto
being the two lead guys of the main 6,
the front singing role had gone to Jesse Lewis and Kyomoto Taiga
Now one thing I like about groups,
is if each member has equal screentime
and leading roles change

So then I ended up searching for the Making Ofs
as well as any Shounen Club appearances/performances
or any guest appearances!
And I'm really glad these guys are getting some attention.
And despite all my I don't want to get into any Jrs. policy
these guys grew on me
And the fact that they've been in the agency a couple of years,
plus their names/units were familiar even to a non-Jr fan like me,
(read: top of the Jrs!)
I'm now part of the group of fans who want these guys to debut
#sigh #I'mscrewed
And Matsumura is just adorable!
He's definitely my bias in Bakaleya6 !!
Even though he's two years younger omg sobs
To make it more screwed up,
the minute I saw his birthdate on his profile
my immediate reaction is "okeeeeeeeeeeey"
His birthdate is just one day after Nino's.
Do I have a thing for Geminis now?!
But he's cute
despite being all cool in Bakaleya!!
I'm not even sure how he bacame my bias from Bakaleya
Cos I've always, and still do, preferred cute > cool
Plus the boys all have great chemistry
and...
...
I'm going to stop myself before adding anymore points.

to continue our LJ conversations because our previous one
literally murdered her LJ template o(^______^)o
Also, I'm still in the midst of some promised subbing works,
but omg, I hate timing !! o('n')o
And I miss Arashi~
Their weekly variety shows aren't enough!
I'm doomes if their popularity reduces and end up with only 1 variety show o(;___;)o
I just have to be patient for end of the month though~
