I guess I don't know people
On Saturday I had a little conflict at my workplace. Well not exactly at my workplace because I was heading home at about 2.30 when my phone rang. It was a costumer who had ordered 100 business cards. She was pissed because I wasn't there in the shop to give her the cards.
Well, I wasn't there because the shop always closes at 2 p.m. on Saturdays. She was really rude, she told me there were always some problems with me and so on. When I couldn't tolerate her rudeness and crying any longer I hung up the phone. I told her I would call the porter who could open the shop just for her and give her the cards and BUM I hung up.
When I came in today I was horrified because I was sure she would be waiting for me here to tell me how I dared to hang up the phone and talk to her the way I did. (I was quite cold and not that friendly you can imagine). Moreover in my head I saw her here waiting for me with her mom who is as big-headed as she is and they both would want to talk to my boss to get me fired as fast as possible because of my unacceptable behavior.
Nobody was waiting for me when I arrived but a note on the counter.
It said 'Dear Niki, Thank you so so much!!! I am really thankful for your kindness. Fruzsina'
