Last night's bout of WoW was pretty fun. It involved me and Kris running around contested area, trying to avoid being ganked. Funny thing is, we didn't get ganked until after we gained a level 52 gnome as a body guard. Running around as a human rogue with two gnomes was pretty amusing.
Another cute thing was when we were hiding in town from a horde member, both Kris and the gnome guy hid behind the bed in the inn. It was very cute... ignoring the fact that Kris is a guy playing as a female character.
We wandered around, trying to find this place to complete a quest and failed. We ended up calling it a day, but not after the guy bought us a piece of gear each. I gotta say, it's really nice to see higher level people helping lower levels (even if it was because I'm female). You just don't see a whole lot of that in Maple Story. But then again, the MS population consists of 12 year olds who boost their ego by kill stealing whenever they get the chance. As an over all, the people just seem so much nicer. People are constantly casting random spells to boost this, that and the other on me.
Oh! And my weapons now glow. It makes me happy... even if it probably is a beacon for the horde to find. :D
I'm really enjoying my time on WoW. I'm glad Kris & Sarah convinced me to play it.
Not much going on other than that. Hopefully, Kris and Luke can fix some of Kris' car tonight. Tomorrow, Kris' friend Sue is coming over and making us dinner. (It's not like it sounds! She loves to cook and offered to do it! I just wanted to make that clear.)
This weekend, I hope to buy some Christmas decorations and maybe get a bit of gift shopping done.
