Pointy shoes like the ones Jun and the other F4 dudes wear in hanadan? XD Those are so funny when they wear them, wonder how they bear it. Although the female style of pointy shoes actually look ok sometimes.
Yes The Gem of Life is soooo long, and soooo boring when they start talking about business dealings. Which is a lot of the time. I fast forward those parts. XD Basically, I was only interested in the parts with Bowie Lam, which is unexpected because I started watching it since Ada Choi is one of my favorite actresses! Her character was interesting at first...but not so much later. The clothes were beautiful though. I am looking for a tvb drama to watch, and started watching an ancient series but it's not that good. I think I'll start watching EU - I like police series for the excitement!
I speak Cantonese because I was born in HK. I immigrated to Canada when I was 4, though. So I am thus Chinese illiterate, despite my parents putting me through Chinese school on weekends all through childhood.
