(no subject)
Been horribly busy this last week. I don't mind cause I've enjoyed what I've been doing but I get to the end of the week and I just don't want to leave my room for a good few hours. Should be ok cause this next week isn't quite so busy. I haven't been doing any work so I have to catch up but my motivation levels are low. I thought I only had this next week to complete three essays to be on target but I found out that I actually have 3...I might try and get them all done this week anyway, then I have two weeks without essays....woooooo. I'll enjoy the challenge even if I only get two done. It's not that much of a challenge really as it's only 1000 words an essay but hey, I am a lazy girl when it comes to getting work done, I get distracted way way way too easily.
I'm currently reading 'life of pi' by yaun martel(or some obscure name that I can't remember and can't be bothered to cross my room to go and find out). It's pretty good. :)
Also got some new music. Bought the new Nelly Furtado album with the last of my birthday money...really good stuff and no I don't care if you don't like her.... Then when I returned home from getting that my Bro came to talk to me and he had just bought me the Katy Melau album (she's the one who sings 'the closest thing to crazy'). I dunno if you would of heard of her or not but she's got a really great voice and the albums pretty sweet. Was very impressed with my brother for buying it for me. I'm getting him a blackadder dvd for his birthday...I can take advantage of this as well! Isn't it great when you have siblings with similar tastes...It's like having friends that live in your house! (Sorry I know that was corny or whatever I'm in a strange mood so deal).
Everything is going relativly well. I'm perfectly happy about 90% of the time, which is pretty darn good for me! The depressing sod that I am. Saying that I did throw a tantrum on wednesday...but you know, if I didn't keep myself on my toes then life would be very boring indeed.
Anyway, I don't think I've posted this long in ages and so I'll leave it for now.
