Случайно наткнулся на канал с записями с американских региков.
Похоже клинических идиотов и идиоток там за рулём не сильно меньше, чем у нас, но сложилось впечатление, что в среднем уровень водительского мастерства там выше, чем в России.

5:20 This happened to a friend of mine. She was in the hospital with a severe head injury. She was lucky she wasn't killed. The guy fled, but a witness chased him down. He tried to say he didn't know what happened, but the dash cam footage in my friend's car (front & rear) as well as the witness showed the guy initially pulled over, then took off like a bat out of hell! Needless to say, the Judge showed no mercy and slapped the guy with the maximum fines and jail time. He also lost his license for two years when he is done serving his sentence. The footage and entire story is used as a public announcement to remind people of the laws concerning snow removal and consequences of failing to abide by those laws! Believe it or not, it is rare to see anyone with snow on their cars. That message really got everyone's attention!

Очень жаль, что у нас пока что за серьёзные последствия от действий таких мудаков не сажают за решётку, как в бездуховных США.
