It seems the Missouri Senate passed a bill that bans all federal gun laws, past, present and future. The bill, SB367, also prohibits federal agents from enforcing said laws. It hasn’t passed the House yet so it is not the law. Should it pass it nullifies everything including the NFA. This is why I tell people to focus on state and local elections. I’ve harped on this for some time. After the Civil War the federal government usurped many states rights, however states can stand up to an out of control federal government. Vote for those that believe all gun laws are illegal.

🔥🇺🇸💪Missouri Senate Bans All Federal Gun Control Laws in 23-10 Vote (God I love my state). Wait, there is more!💥
The state passed a bill that would nullify ALL Federal gun laws and regulations, and make enforcement of those laws by federal officers within the State of Missouri a criminal offense!
"The bill’s main provision calling on the entire state to cease enforcing federal gun control measures stands on solid legal ground under the anti-commandeering doctrine. Court precedent from 1842 to 2012 stipulates that the feds simply cannot require a state to help them violate your Constitutional rights, and allows states the power to refuse to enforce such federal laws it deems unConstitutional. Besides, the feds simply don’t have the manpower to do it at the state level without the assistance and partnership of state and local agencies." Originally authored in 2014, a former version of the bill was also passed, but vetoed by then Missouri Governor Jay Nixon.
"В крации"™: Сенат Миссури отменил и признал незаконными все нынешние и будущие ФЕДЕРАЛЬНЫЕ ограничения в сфере оборота гражданского оружия. Ну то ись, почти полностью вернулся ко Второй Поправке.
