I had an exceptionally wonderful day with the boy yesterday.
I just felt the need to share.
We did little more than corner ourselves in my large cheesy leather couch and talk.
I felt myself growing and changing just a little bit.
I never really took into consideration the outcome and sacrifices of sharing your life with an aspiring touring musician -- accepting the risk of months and even years with him a billion miles away. For those of you out there who find yourself in this role now (Ms. Michelle), I am curious to find out how it works for you.
We talked about this and a lot of other things and something happened last night that made me realize
This relationship won't always be easy. and there will be difficult situations.
but he could very well be worth it. And the end goal is so positively significant.
Never in my life have I received so much respect and admiration from a "boyfriend".
His support in the goals I'd like to attempt in my life is amazing and I only hope I can provide the same respect and support as this moves forward.
