Poor Legal Analysis Pisses Me Off

You have NO IDEA how many briefs, articles, etc. I see in a week that contain this kind of flawed, craptastic legal analysis. Intellectual integrity, anyone? Anyone?

That's not the kind of thing the ethical requirement that I advocate zealously for my clients requires. And when I'm publishing op eds or scholarly articles, I don't HAVE a zealous advocacy requirement.
