(no subject)
So I'm updating because I can't sleep. I don't know why...I have that feeling that something exciting is happening tomorrow, the same feeling I get when I'm getting ready to leave for a super exciting trip. Maybe because tomorrow is the 4th of July. I LOVE the 4th of July the fire works make my heart smile and make me feel like i'm 4 again, which for me was a brilliant age. I went to the Warped Tour on Saturday at Cal State Long Beach. It was really random how I went because my Aunt called me at 11:20am and asked if it was my day off and said she had an extra ticket. @ first I was hesitant to go. Like I really didn't want to because we just got a tortoise who is so cute, and she's huge! so I wanted to spend the day with her and it was going to be me and 2 of my 14 year old cousin's friends. But alas I cannot say no to Aunt Emma and I went and had a good time. It's been ages since i've seen live bands. I've really missed that bass reverberating through my heart. Hmm...work is going well, I like it a lot. Um Forrest and I had our 3 year anniversary. I count the break in there, cause let's face it. Even when we were broken up we were together. Um um, oh it was weird my cousin went to visit her friend from UCSC up in LA and they ran into her friends ex and he invited them over to watch movies. They ended up spending the night and my cousin woke up and noticed that the wall were covered in pics of Antonio Banderas and Melanie Griffith, she asked why and they guy said "oh melanie griffith is my mom" so my cousin spent the night and Melanie and Antonio's house! Crazy crazy.
Rarr. It sucks not having friends in CA. Well yeah I have them, but the only one I care to hang out with all the time is up North. That's what sucks about going to school back east, all of my close friends are still there. I miss my sisters and living on campus. I can't wait for the school year to start. I have to figure out where I'm flying into.
I'm taking the Praxis test on Tuesday. It's like the SAT's but for Education majors so they can student teach and take certain classes. Yes so 4.5 hours of my tuesday will be spent in Anaheim.
