BAH!
Do you ever feel like you're running around in circles, never completing anything?
My regional manager stresses the importance of driving in the business- of getting people in the door and servicing their needs. Yet, she will pull 58 employees out of the branches on a Thursday for a stupid-ass meeting about our Targeted Services Ratio instead of having us out there to bring in the business. Not only is this inconvenient for most branches, but our branch especially. We will only have 2 people here the whole day. There will be no overlap at all. Yeah. That's a fabulous idea.
I applied for a position at the Downtown Clearwater branch. Luckily, that is another region and the regional there loves me. He's actually the one that promoted me in the first place. Hopefully I will get the position that way I don't have to deal with her crap anymore.
