fridayyyy may 4th 2007!
im at work go figure. its aighttt. mad tired.
yesterday my friend michelle told me to meet up with her at the gym for spinning class.
she loves it.
i never done it so i figured id try it out.
i was nervous bc i heard it made your v.j.j hurttt
it was an hour of spinninggggg my god! i really did sweat that whole hour. and my bod totally hurts.
after the gym i was determined to figure out how to make a cd from itunes
thanks to kane and his mad skills he helped me figure it out...

i made a cd for kiki and diana. ahhah they are kinda bad bc i never made them before. whatevies...
today my body is killing me... more so my butt and v.j.j.!!!!!! silly spinning class!!!!!!:(
after work i think im going to take a nap
or maybe go to babas and take a nap there. hahah... uhmmmm
no gym today im soreee...
maybe seeing spiderman 3 with anna! i got to see if nicholas is home if he wants to comeeee<3
haha...
and i got to rest up for bamboozlee

i need a cabana boy right now and a massage<3 haha!
