Ok..so with getting on full time, I have a steady work schedule now, so I can plan around work.

Zach and I are going to start going to Lifetime Fitness every day after I work so we can work out together (or, since I'm going to be more intensive with cardio and we probably won't be working out together, do it so we can motivate each other to go). I'm going to start packing my workout clothes in my daybag so I can just leave from work and meet him instead of backtracking and going home (or getting on the computer)..

I'm going to post everything I do in here, so I can keep on top of it and I'll be able to see my progress. And, if you fail to see posts from me, bitch me out..I NEED to do this. My internet is kinda sketchy, so I may do a deluge of posts in one day..it's a crapshoot really.

WEEK 1: Weight 131.5 on saturday at 1000h

Cardio: 19 minute mile *rolls eyes* =\

Could have been a LOT better, but I have a respiratory infection right now >=[

Strength:
Curls: 3 x 10 @ 30lbs
Shoulder press: 3 x 10 @ 50lbs
Leg Press: 3 x 10 @ 130lbs

I could have done a lot more on leg press, but I wanted to take it easy because I have bad knees, and I'm pulling special duty at a marathon tomorrow.
