The falling tree saga wasn't over on Thursday. On friday, the same idiots dropped three more trees on my fence while I was at school. We called the police. We got them on criminal trespassing for coming over the fence to clear the tree debris without permission, and might have to file a civil suit and injunction against them so they don't do this again. The homeowner was very apologetic and is already making amends. Paid for the new shed, paying for a fencing company to come out and fix about 40' of chain link fencing, a new clothes line stand, etc. The tree guy simply justified it by saying he's making enough money and he's not worried about any damages because he'll have the money to fix it. They were just dropping the trees and letting them fall whereever. What idiots!!!
