(no subject)
So I came home today and discovered that the dog had chewed apart a good portion of our new couch. It is the chaise lounge portion of our sectional. *sigh* My fault, in a sense, since I didn't get home until late. She was probably just bored and got lonely, though she does have the cats to keep her company.
In other news, I made the final edits to the proofs for my book and sent them off. It's done now. It will be sent to the printers on Dec 4th, and I should get some copies before X-mas so that I can give them out as X-mas gifts. I hope I get an advance copy before the end of the semester so that my students this semester can see it.
