These pics were taken several months back, but I am in the same shape now.
Piss poor pic, but thats to be expected when you live in hell. As you can see, my chest needs some attention. Needs filled in towards mid section. You can also see that my neck needs work. No problem, we'll fix that right up.
Next pic, you see a basic flex shot of my right arm. Definition is still good, but size has gone down considerable.
Overall, I'm happy with the way my bicpe, triceps, and shoulders respond and shape themselves. Exercises for them will remain the same. Bicep curls, lying triceps extensions, and inclined triceps extensions. I will also rotate a overhead style tricpes extension into the mix every other week or so.
