So, the first 4 worknights after my vacation are done.

Almost nothing changed, madness ist still around.

One thing is new: We got help in the night. Since May we were very short of coworkers and NOW we got two new persons for our team. Both are from the staff that works the day.
It's great in general, BUT there is a problem:
Whom we have gotten.

First person lose no opportunity to complain abot the work from the nightteam in the past and is boss' pet.
Don't know if she forgot about that....we haven't.

Second person is a bad egg.  Lazy, more signed off sick than at work.
She had the magnificent reason to switch in the night:

She said (out loud), that there is not so much work in the night and she knows the living area and  therefore less backpain.

Guess what? After we heared that, we doesn't sheduled on her "home area", but on the busiest area with palliative care and very heavy residents.
Serves her right. That bitch. We teach her how to work.

Who want to bet after how many nights she is calling in sick?

My bet are 2.
