On the consideration of my taking over for the Headmaster as Potter's guardian, as was raised by the Minister, I have this to say: now that Potter has managed to get himself a guardian who will indulge both his tantrums and his arrogance, I suggest that all students should steer well clear.

Potter does not need a guardian. Potter needs a leash.
