So, when I'm bored and can't sleep, I go online and look at stuff. Well, I'm sure you've seen the commercials about people attaching leeches to themselves in reference to the stupidity of social marijuana usage. I happened to find a link to their website.

I don't think I've ever found something quite this openly propaganda-esque that was this popular before. This is the kind of shit that needs to stop. In the "myth busting" link, they used extremely biased statistics to try to prove things that aren't true.

If people are shielded from the truth, then how will they mature?

Oh, maybe they assume that by convincing teenagers that social status isn't determined by marijuana and sex that it will stop altogether. There's a small problem with that. Very small, not really important at all... MOST TEENAGERS DON'T DO SHIT LIKE THAT BECAUSE THEIR FRIENDS ARE DOING IT. I mean, yes, there are a lot that do, but the ones that make up a majority of the "horrible statistics" are the ones who choose to do it of their own accord.

I'm sorry, I'm just opposed to this--mostly because I'm appalled that something so inaccurate has become so largely accepted.
