I hate KPN
Urg, 10 weeks and i'm still waiting for KPN to install my internet connection. Mind you, their terms of contract state it should be up and running in no more than three.
If it's not ready next week i'm going to look for a different provider. You know, one that actually PROVIDES internet service.
The annoying thing is, i don't have the time to stay on top of this. I just want to fill in a form and get a working internet connection in 2 to 3 weeks without having to call their service desk to be informed they lost my application or whatever it is they do. Anyone know of an ISP that will provide internet services in Groningen?
