Finally got around to picking up a dirt cheap copy of Dragon Age 2. Replayed the first game and came to realize how despicable a character I found Alistair to be.
Starting the second game was a little jarring, since it plays very different from the first. Initial reactions are lukewarm/disgusted towards Bethany, Aveline and Isabella, but I am enjoying Varric, Merrill and Anders. I still haven't played Awakening. DA2 is currently cheaper to pick up than Awakening, which has always struck me as glorified DLC.
