CAMPBELL'S GOT TO GO!!
Today was the day of the protest at Parliment in Victoria for the children. The government like always wants to cut childcare. There are so many parents out there who have to work just to get by in this day and age, where do they take their children? So few are lucky enough to have parents well enough to look after them. So they need to put them in childcare, a place where their children are loved and cared for, by people of quality (like my Daycare). If the government wants to give all stay at home moms in Canada funding to stay home, then the problem is solved. But if they want to cut funding that leaves many children somewhere to go, and their parents no where to take them.
The chant today was: Hey, Hey, Ho, Ho!!!! CHILDCARE CUTS HAVE TO GO!!!!
They do. We have 58 spots in the daycare. 110 are on OUR waiting list, not including all the other centres in New Westminister, OR Burnaby, OR Surrey, etc, BC, Alberta, etc, across Canada!!!!!!!!!
Personally I'd love to be a stay at home mom, but if my husband and me can not afford it, what then??
What do you do when you're all out of options, you have to work, and you have no where to place your child?
That is the problem with todays state of the world. It's not about us, it's not about what we make, or how we can make more, it's about the children.

His response would be: Nope, I love my expensive sports car, my expensive clothes, my expensive shoes, etc, and it's all because of the children loosing out, but who cares!!!!
It's Gordon Campbell that doesn't care, that doesn't realize the children of today, are the children of tomorrow, the ones looking after us, what are we teaching them?
Well in this case, I'm teaching the children, along with my whole centre, that THEY matter. THEY are at the heart of this whole problem. THEY are what we need to make changes for. THEY are the ones who will lead by OUR example.
So I don't by it Campbell!!!!
