Halloweeny
So, the party was fun last night!
You know you've become detached from your roommates when they invite you to a party, via text message, that you are having at your own house. Marlo never ended up showing up, but Leanna and I ended up throwing it and it was pretty fun. Everybody's costume was really fun, too..especially with Paul and Ethan showing up as gay German backpackers, complete with realistic accents, matching German flags painted on their face, and some pretty gay caressing going on, much to my delight.
After watching Family Guy and drinking massive quantities of beer, we decided to walk to Denny's.
MENTAL NOTE TO SELF** Do not make stupid, drunk decisions to walk to Denny's in a sun dress and heels when it's, you know, 50 DEGREES outside. Stupid!
After all of the effort it took to gallivant across 436 in heels to the magical land of greasy food that can be had at 3 in the morning, we didn't even end up staying that long. I made the mistake of letting Paul drive me home. Paul+alcohol+Ethan and Jaron in the backseat making it damn near impossible for him to drive=one crazy drive home.
There was more beer to be had, and then the night ended with Leanna and Joe getting into a massive fight and yelling at each other into the wee hours of the morning. Much to my dismay.
Now comes the real fun, downtown for Halloween night! Woot!
